Common questions
Reminders or Prayer Focus don't fire on my phone.
Aggressive battery saving is almost always the cause. In the app open Settings → Notifications and allow exact alarms and background activity. On vivo also turn on Autostart and allow background power in iManager; on Xiaomi set Battery saver to No restrictions; on Samsung remove the app from Sleeping apps.
The city name is wrong.
Tap the city in Settings → Location and search for yours, or pick it from the list. Your choice is kept until you change it.
Prayer times look a few minutes off.
Check the calculation method and madhab under Settings → Prayer calculation; different regions follow different conventions. Times are computed on the device from your coordinates.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app. Nothing is stored on a server, so that removes everything.
Can I move my bookmarks to a new phone?
Not yet. An export/import is planned.
Which languages are supported?
Noor e Islam: English, Arabic, Urdu and French. Noor e Quran: English and Arabic. Both handle right-to-left layout properly.
